This solution not only streamlines the need for manual calculations of the total payment amount, and emailing the payment proof but also eliminates the requirement for staff to verify proof of payment and create receipts. In the first month of implementation, the server processed over 1100 transactions, equating to more than 11000 minutes saved for both parents and staff.
